Youre telling me that the difference in quality between a Leica and a "normal" camera is relevant for taking a good image. But what I tried to say: it's for 99% the photographer and maybe you get an additional 1% with a Leica lens... But this 1% is what you are talking about and for this 1% you pay double the price. That's not apple and orange - thats what it's all about. It's like the very popular 1/8000th shutter speed - you need it once in your live - if ever. >I don't agree, the quality of the construction of the lenses >(if you don't consider the sharpness) is not comparable. >And when the other makers try to reach Leica, the prices are comparable. > For the statistics or the next test in a photo mag...?! >I don't agree. Wide open or against the light a Leica lens is almost >always better than the others and that matter a lot for me. > Ahh and that's your typical light situation? And whats "better"? >As you can see I'm not tired anymore. >I had a very nice week-end in Paris. > me too - in Cologne... Cheers, Detlef (still loving his M6 with the third time broken shutter) <LEICA IMAGES> http://www.hermes.de/chile/ </LEICA IMAGES>
