I have only a hazy rememberance about it.( I think something about electrical compensation and correction of the lens apertures as represented by the mechanical linkage - so that the apertures reflected to the camera are the actual openings???? And then I may have been dreaming.) If something like this is done, both the shutter speeds and the apertures used would be measured extremely closely. OTOH I wonder how much diffrence it would make in the real world. I don't think Ted has any problem using non ROM lenses. Richard Hemingway Norman, OK
