Canon made 2 versions of their FD 35 f/2 lens that had a concave element
and 2 that had a convex element.  It would be fascinating to compare the
optical construction of the concave Aspherical Summilux to a convex
Summilux as well as to the Canon lenses.

Everything old is new again.
