I've got one and it was (according to the info on Ben's web page) made in
1987. There don't seem to be that many of them in circulation; I get the
impression that most people who mention them here have never seen one
before. It is, however, a normal M6 in all other respects, and cost the
normal price for a used M6 when bought. Not saying "Leica" on the front
means just one less thing to put black tape over.
