It usually works for me, dependent upon sticky stuff. To clean oil, use plain soap and water. Again small amounts....remember you do not own a Leic-onos. Do not soak. I cleaned an M3 of all kinds of dirt and gunk by using Windex for glass and surfaces.... clear liquid. No effect on any paint. Cleaned up real nice.
