You know, I had been thinking maybe I should have dug up that old
message in which you made broad and insulting statements about people
on the list, so that readers could see why it was that I concluded you
were a self-important jerk.

But now that you have so obligingly characterized all Americans, I
think my point has been sufficiently well demonstrated.
