Please understand that all of this valuation stuff is for RETAIL prices which would be obtained by a dealer. A dealer will offer a wholesale purchase price of about 2/3 of these values. If you try to market them yourself, you may or may not get these prices -- and you may have to wait months or years to sell them, too. The dealers have the contacts to move the stuff and are willing to wait to get their asking prices in most cases - -- but a private citizen lacks these resources.
