I'm not sure about the Leica tripod. Those that I've seen look quite
interesting and substantial and maybe one day I'll sort them out and start
looking. However, I do have and use a pair of Minox tripods. They dismantal
to about the size of a wood pencil and have a cable release incorporated.
Though they look quite insubstantial but I've mounted my ETRS with 75mm lens
and AEII finder which is heavier than many (most) 35mm cameras. The cost of
a good used one should be about $20.
