Well, I dissent, though I agreethat it is a power-masher. It fits neatly in the bottom of my Billingham Photo Hadley (the Leica of bags!), but the only time I regularly use it is when I've got the camera set up on a tripod and am doing roll after roll of documenting cameras and lenses. Especially when I'm having to dicker around with the short DOF of a Luminar, the winder makes sense. And mine has cassette lugs, a boon to us Cheap Film Freaks.
