I have tried one of these and found that it is: 1> loud 2> big and obtrusive
3> seemingly hard on the camera.

I have not found ANY pluses to owning one. As you activate the winder it
seems to pound on the shutter release button from underneath. It's a very
harsh feeling, not one that makes me comfortable with the manner in which my
M's guts are being treated. I'd offer $150.00 and try to resell it.

If anyone disagrees with what I've noted here, speak up.
