I don't have the book in front of me, but off the top of my head I
believe that Leica and Minolta both made their own versions of the
40mm f2 lens, the Leica version called a Summicron-C and the Minolta
version called a Rokkor-C. The 90mm f4 lens was only made in Germany
by Leica, but was shipped with two names, either Elmar-C or Rokkor-C.
