The question was about Kodachrome processing.....

Except for 2-3 instances of cutting pictures through the frames instead 
of between frames, I have had good results from the Qualux (Kodalux - - 
whatever) processing plant in Rockville, MD. It certainly is closely 
tied to the home office in Rochester. Lots of folks here use it, and you 
can get same day service for a small premium. Next day service is 
normal, they accept Kodak mailers, and you can personally deliver to the 
counter and pick up either same day or next day without a hassle.
