What are they? Well, there's more here than I can go into in detail, but any good Leica book will cover this in some detail -- the last edition of the Morgan & Morgan book is probably the best. The 28mm Elmarit below 2314921 and the 21mm Super-Angulon below 2473251 foul the metering arm unless modified. Collapsible lenses (the 50mm Elmar and Summicron and the 90mm Elmar) cannot be fully collapsed -- Leica put out a memo on using electrical tape to prevent collapsing them to the point where they'd foul the arm. And the 2/50 NF lens had to have its VF machined to work on the M5. Marc msmall@roanoke.infi.net FAX: +540/343-7315 Cha robh bas fir gun ghras fir!
