exposure number 100,000 but - 100,000 exposures isn't that much for
professional use, or am I wrong? Is this a typo or what? Any hints?

film and developing/proof printing alone. That's about $20,000-40,000 for
the 100,000 exposures. An average Leica is about $2000, still a relatively
small portion of expenses for a pro. And even if some parts do fail after
extensive use, replacing them would cost only a fraction of a camera. The
lenses will last much longer of course.
