I have a bunch of E-39 filters and they are great. I cannot say the same for Heliopan filters. They seem not to be as well made mechanically. The glass may be identical. Leica seems to be going away from E-39. E-46 seems to be the new standard. This is a shame, because it means physically bigger lenses, like on an SLR. Why do you want to use filters? >Hi Group - > >I want to buy some filters (yellow, orange and red) for >my 90/f2.8 Elmarit (46 mm) and the 35mm-Summilux (39 mm). >Does Leica sell filters?
