There has been much discussion of late concerning the various fitments of
the various 135mm Leitz lenses to the various Visoflex housings. Here's a
synopsis:

4.5/135 Hektor: VISO I: ZOOAN short mount
                        VISO II/IIa/III: OTSRO/16472 + either OTZFO/16464
or OUAGO/16467 universal mounts
                                          ZOOAN + OUBIO
                        BELLOWS I: UOOST (UOOYW/16590 adaptor + UOOVH 16580
tube)
                        BELLOWS II: UOOWV/16585 adaptor + OTSRO/16472 tube

4/135 Elmar VISO I: no way that I can discern
                        VISO II/IIa/III: as for 4.5/135
BELLOWS I: perhaps the same way as with 4.5/135
                        BELLOWS II: as per 4.5/135

(The 4/135 lenshead will not fit the ZOOAN tube due to a shoulder on the
later lens head, though both will screw into the OTSRO and OTRPO tubes

4/135 Tele-Elmar: VISO I: no way that I can discern
VISO II/IIa/III: BASE of lens head screws directly
into OTZFO/16464 universal mount
BELLOWS I: no way that I can discern
                        BELLOWS II: 16558 adaptor

Hope this helps! I checked the Tele-Elmarit fittings on both BELLOWS II and
on a VISO IIa and found that the listed arrangements allow focusing to
slightly beyond infinity.
