Leitz designed the M's for user maintenance.  Linear adjustment on the rf is
by adjusting the internal screw on the rf cam follower.  You need to bend a
small screwdriver for this, but the process is easy and self-explanatory.

For a general CLA, though, I would recommend John Van Stelten (Focal
Point)in Colorado, Camera Paradise in Florida, or Leica in New Jersey.
There are many repair folks to avoid, some of whom have been recommended of
late on this list.
