The Elmar was not being sold separately at the shop at which I saw it (naturally I stopped in at more than one Leica emporium, but only "Lemon" had an M6J). The November issue of Asahi Camera has a little note on the M6J "What's New at Photokina"-type thing, but I'm afraid I can only discern the following facts from this article, my kanji being a little rusty: 1640 M6J sets will be made. The fincer contains fromes only for 35, 50, 90, and 135mm lenses. The article makes several references to the G1 but I haven't doped out the context yet. If anyone on this group reads Japanese I'd be happy to FAX the article out in the hope of seeing a translation on the net. Jeff
