     Do any of you know of any good ways for doing fill-flash
     (1/1 1/2 1/4 etc. flash light/ambient light)
     with a manual camera and manual flash? The camera has
     a leaf shutter system and is able to sync at any speed.
     The only adjustments on the camera are: shutter speed,
     aperature, asa, and a basic light meter. On the flash,
     there is: asa, power ratio (full power, 1/2 power,
     1/4 power, 1/16 power), and a chart relating distance
     to aperature for the various power ratios.

     camera = Yashica Mat 124G
     flash  = Sunpak 433D

     Thanks in advance,

     Raland
