[Leica] IMG: Twin Lens - No reflexes

A post op - after the other cataract in my right eye was removed and I got a second Zeiss lens. Taken with my iPhone 15

I looked like this when I was leaving the recovery area on the fifth floor to go home.  There were two women in lift as I joined them. The bleeding obvious seemed beyond them.
First one said, "Eye operation?"
I was tempted to say I was deaf and the surgeons had to go through my eye to get to the nerve. Instead...
Me, "Yes, with a penknife."
Second one, "Oooh!"
Me, "Very squishy."
Both, "Urgh!"
Me, "But some of the best things in life are squishy…"
Both, <laughter>.

I got out of the lift unmolested.
