[Leica] Cataract Surgery advise/recommendations

I went with one eye for close and one eye for distance.  It works great for
me but I knew it would because I had contact lenses like that for years and
got used to it.

With one eye for each, I don't need reading glasses or driving glasses or
anything else.  I actually miss wearing glasses, though!
