[Leica] Certified

LUG:

I have been asked to prepare an exhibit for a gallery in Italy.  They ask
if I am a Certified Leica Photographer.

What is that?  How do you get certified?

Google has not helped because all of the Certified Leica Photographers I
can find are Italian.

TIA if anybody knows what this means.
