Well, having returned from a land of interesting internet I can post
again.  The image shown is from a concert performed by the Austin Medical
Orchestra; a group of medical professionals that needed a way to escape the
pressures of medicine.  This day they were playing a commissioned piece of
interesting structure.  The featured player was most intense:
