Greetings to all.  The image today represents a lot of what passes for
modern living in Austin.  We have a front wall to keep out the homeless,
stark exterior with little sign that someone went to architecture school,
cheap board and bat construction that doesn't age well.  On the plus side
they did put on a steel roof which is advisory in the land of heavy hail
events.
