Luis,
According to Perplexity AI, installing the free Adobe DNG Converter for
macOS will install the DNG codec on your system. Apparently, though I have
not checked this out, Adobe codecs for the Apple ecosystem are not
available as a standalone package, unlike Windows codecs.
