One of my favorite things to do is to explore the world in my car looking for photographs. I have not been able to do this since I moved to Asheville because my cataracts had gotten to the point where I was concerned about being able to drive safely. I have had my eyes operated on and I can drive again! Last week I drove over to Black Mountain and found this French restaurant called La Guinguette. I am really glad to be back on the road again.
