They NEVER explain what you did wrong. Here are a couple of reasons I’ve stumbled on. Causes of SPAM warning I’ve found:
1 - using the same link more than once on your page (FIX-put link in comments, not primary post)
2 - using multiple links to reach something. I usually link to my website which occasionally has a YouTube link. This extra step triggers SPAM filter. (FIX-use primary YouTube link directly as link
