I was in Poland again last week, this time in Warsaw where I was participating in an event on IP and finance organised by the Polish Patent Office. It was a short trip, arriving in Warsaw Monday evening, spending most of the day Tuesday at the patent office, and flying home Wednesday. Fortunately, the flight home was in the late afternoon, so I had most of Wednesday to do some sight-seeing and visit a couple of art museums. And on Tuesday evening I went to a Chopin recital in the old city—it does not get more Warsaw than than.

Warsaw has many parks, and the autumn colours were beautiful, something we do not have in Alicante.
