[Leica] PESO: Theatre des Taillades

Near us in France there is a remarkable theatre, Theatre des Taillades 
built in an old limestone quarry.

The entrance to it can only be described as "monumental". It reminds me 
of something Egyptian in its scale, almost Mycenean in its structure:

This is the interior of the Theatre. The building at the top of the 
quarry is the village church (see below). The back wall must be fully 50 
metres high:

We are lucky enough to be going to a concert given by world-famous Welsh 
counter-tenor Iestyn Davies, at the end of the month. I'm really looking 
forward to it, it should be fantastic! The acoustics are renowned.
