I would agree thet Georgian food is exquisite.  We were in Chicago a few
months ago with family and didn't like the lines of several restaurants so
ended up in a family owned Georgian restaurant.  Treated like royalty and
we ordered almost like a Chinese family meal.  The dumplings came late but
were delicious.
