Greetings to all.  I am always impressed by people's need to create art.
This first image is in Bouldin creed which at this point borders on a semi
commercial area.  Above it the developers are busy knocking down a halfway
home complex and the ares downstream is a line of restaurants and tattoo
parlors:

The next two images are from an upscale neighborhood( for USA residents
think Pacific Palisades pre fire).  Someone spent a considerable bit of
thought to think this up and implement it:
