[Leica] Monday Misc.

Thank you Peter.  I didn't get wet as we saw the rain come in and there are
three of these pavilions as well as a covered "well" where Saratoga Springs
allows residents to fill water jugs for home use.

I do have some more images from the capital and will include worthy ones in
future postings.
