Greetings to all.  This was taken in the spring when we had rain.  It
brought pleasant memories of a really beautiful carpet of color:

My neighborhood is changing from 60-80 year old homes to three homes on
standard city blocks.  However, you still find old homes that are falling
into disrepair as heirs decide on outcomes or lower interest rates:
