[Leica] Looking for Advice: I have an M9 - it's 2024 - should I consider upgrading to an M11?

If the round trip(selling the M9 and acquiring an M11) would have minimal
impact on your lifestyle then that would be a good move.
Reasons, the M9 is slow and noisy. The M11 has a wider sensitivity band
with far more detail in the extremes. The M11 is useful far beyond the
2500ish of the M9. With some work you can have a very similar color with
the M11.
I have and enjoy my M9. However I took a different path with autofocus
mirrorless: the charities I support make autofocus and 20000 ISO an
essential requirement.
I just reviewed my shots taken with an M11 Monochrome and the files were
magnificent to work with.
Brian's comments are relevant if you are finding it hit or miss focusing
your M9. It is unfortunate that our eyes are not getting better as the
years roll on.
Tina, you should step in as you have both M's and SLs.
