Following my day in Dublin in late May, I went on to Kilkenny, my fist ever trip outside Ireland’s capital city. I stayed 3 nights in Kilkea Castle, a medieval castle now a hotel and golf resort, and spend a day touring the nearest bigger town, Kilkenny. Lots of traditional Irish images here, perhaps a bit touristy, but that is what it was. Have a look here:
