I hope everything turns out well Tina, I have had two Nas, correctly set
according to the manufacturer, they both had a disk that broke at some
point and despite the promise that everything would be fine with that
setting, nothing ever happened restored. I must say that I know very
little about computers; So I blame it on my lack of knowledge, but if
you set everything up as it should be and the manufacturer promises a
complete recovery of all data and it doesn't happen, you are left with
an immense hangover and you lose everything on the NAS; Greetings
