I am appalled at the USPS shipping rates.  They have easily dooubled or 
more in the past year, and especially for boxes more than 12 inches in 
any dimension.

But eBay purchased items ship MUCH cheaper.... and without regard to 
size, seemingly.

How is this possible?

Not sure why but do offer this solution....

Go to PirateShip.com.  Thuis service is CHEAP. They ask you how big, how 
heavy, when, where....., you pay by CC or PayPal

They issue to you the shipping label by PDF,,,, you download and print......

I tried it the other day, saved half.......
