Don,
the crayfish and mushroom risotto was great; the saddle of lamb, a
little less so but delicious nonetheless; they were a bit parsimonious
with the cheese but the cremeux fermier was superb. I skipped desert.
The half bottle of Chateau La Verriere Vieux Collines was delicious! OK?
