I'm sure they still get their junk mail at the PO Boxes. I live in a city and its all I get. All of our bills are online now, and we never got anything in the mail but bills and junk mail, lol

Well, at least the boxes are outside so you can pick up your mail
whenever you want. From the PO concern this won't happen in larger cities
as advertising is a major part of the income and exterior boxes away from
the residence would drastically decrease the value of adverts.
