The first one, Don. Always glad to see sanity around green spaces prevail.

I'm (along with others) trying to win a battle here in Monkstown, Co. 
Dublin against Bob Faith's Greystar who want to "enhance" our 
Georgian/Victorian village with tower blocks in the last remaining 
original Georgian gardens in south county Dublin. It's interesting when 
you look at their record...

They say about themselves "Greystar is the global leader in rental 
housing" but a bit of digging and....
