[Leica] IMG: The Dogs of Consum

In the old west of the US you used to have water and a hitch for the
horses.  Now we have tie offs for our fur babies.  In Austin the dogs just
come in the store and few complain although against health regulations: the
feeling is that they are no worse than small children running amok.
