I was the defendant in a $3 million lawsuit. It darkened our life for 3 
years. It was settled at the end of February. It is the nature of such 
things that I ought not say much about it, but I can say that I am 
extremely glad that I was not found liable because I don't have anywhere 
close to that much money and would have had to sell my house. And 
everything in it.

Persons in my household other than myself have been sick. I've made 
numerous pharmacy trips but so far have avoided actual disease. We have 
frequent visits from young grandchildren, all of whom are extreme 
disease vectors.
