It's interesting that the Forest Service doesn't institute the same leave
no trace behind protocols that they do in many wilderness areas: everything
must come out with you.  Segregate visitors by those willing to abide by
the rules and enjoy the wilderness and those who don't mind standing on the
outskirts but with convenience.
