[Leica] Leica M240 -- Two Questions

1 — Could one of you advise if it is possible to read the file name of an existing image on an SD and inserted in my camera;

2 — MyM240 has begun shooting images in both JPG and DNG format, while I prefer to see only DNG output on my SD card. I cannot locate the control for this —  could one of you please point me to that.
