[Leica] Demolition of Saint Joseph Hospital #16

I'm actually glad they dropped the St. Joseph Name, and I wish they'd stop using the Lutheran name, too. Neither Saint Joseph or Lutheran Hospital are religious institutions anymore; they're owned by a for-profit corporation that does not care if their patients live or die as long as they pay.
