[Leica] 2021 Yearbook

Mine arrived this morning (Tues) and it looks great. Thanks Brian. I 
like the panos particularly.
Nice to see people who don't post much, if at all, contributing to a 
successful book. And of course, it's good to see Philippe's and Jim's 
work in it, and remember why we remember them.
