Optically quite sharp and an excellent portrait she will be glad to have.
She should submit an application to LHSA or Leica to sponsor her; both
groups have significant support in funds and equipment to help especially
female photographers. LHSA supported a woman who was going into Central
American women's prisons and documenting the conditions. Her work was
extraordinary especially once she had a Q2 for the low light performance.

I can't tell from the screen, but with lessoned development are you losing
detail in the blackest parts of her hair?

All the best.
