[Leica] M11 weight, additional facts (?)

I thought that there was a major crackdown by the chairman of your so 
friendly neighbours on their officials receiving gifts, resulting in 
major bespoke manufacturers of watches, other items of jewellery, and 
decorative items (like Leica) seeing a fall in turnover to places behind 
bamboo curtains - but maybe not?
