Thank you Lluis, Howard, Jayanand, Tina, Nathan, Ric, John and Peter for your wise comments and advice concerning the use of B&W files with my M8. I think I got the message : shoot RAW files ! In fact, I did not gather I could upload both Jped AND raw files. Now I know.
For Paul : I'll have a look at the Topaz programme you're mentioning. Looks very interesting ... and tempting !
