[Leica] Broken Water Pipe

Sign of the times, infrastructure breaking down on not too old equipment.
Glad to see the city has the equipment to fix the line efficiently: maybe
this happens all too often.  The good news is that it happened on the
city's side of the meter.  Pretty expensive otherwise.
